Both sides have not confirmed yet, so there is nothing settled to accept.

NotOffered = 5

No such offer to withdraw.

NotOpen = 1

The session is not open for changes.

StaleVersion = 7

The accept or confirmation quoted a version that is no longer current.

TableFull = 4

The table is full.

TableLocked = 8

Both sides have confirmed, so the table is frozen. Revoke first.
