Fields

None = 0

Nothing an observer could notice moved.

Primary = 2

Health moved by a whole unit, or a maximum changed.

Secondary = 1

Only mana or stamina crossed a percentage bucket.

Remarks

The kind selects which rate limit the push is measured against, and nothing else: both kinds produce the same message. See the type remarks for why the split exists.
