Remarks

Stage one of two. Once BOTH sides have confirmed, the table is frozen — neither party can add, withdraw or re-price anything — and only then does TradeAcceptBroadcast mean anything. Revoking unfreezes the table and clears both acceptances, so a player can always change their mind, in full view of the other player, but never invisibly at the last instant.
