Remarks

Names the requester rather than being an empty struct, for the reason PartyAcceptInviteBroadcast gives: a dialog left open past the invitation's expiry must not accept whoever invites next. The server checks the id against its own pending record and refuses a mismatch; it is a claim to be verified, never a value to be trusted.
